The Summit Readiness Score (SRS) combines five honest dimensions of mountain preparation into a single daily number: fitness, vertical capacity, long-day rehearsal, descent readiness, and training consistency. You wake up and know whether today is a build day, a recovery day, or a taper day. When the projected gap to your target is too big to close safely, the algorithm tells you in time to make a real decision, without guilt.
